What data we collect

When you send a message via the contact form or request a quote via the price calculator, we store the details you provide, such as your name, company, corporate identity number, email address, phone number and your message. To protect the forms against spam, we also store an anonymised code generated from your IP address.

Why we process the data

We use the details to answer your query, prepare a quote and contact you regarding a potential engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once you become a client, fulfilling our contract with you and our legal obligations, such as under the Swedish Accounting Act.

How long we retain the data

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for as long as necessary to process them, after which they are deleted. Data relating to client engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement and subsequently for as long as required by law.

Who has access to the data

We never sell your data. It may be handled by service providers who assist us with website hosting, data storage and email. These providers may only process the data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about what data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data rectified, to have data erased, to restrict processing and to object to processing. Contact us at info@bokforingskollen.com.
